Summer Rose Horsemanship payment and cancelation policy
I require payment for all 4 (or 5) lessons for the month upfront. This will serve as reserving your spot for the month.
I will do my best to work with you on rescheduling when necessary; however, if we cannot agree on a reschedule date, then the lesson will just be missed without a refund. Rescheduling is often difficult. I have put this policy into place in hopes that people can stick to their scheduled time, and reduce cancelations. I appreciate your understanding, and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me. This will also work for people who are riding every other week.
Payment Methods: Cash, Check, and PayPal
One hour lessons are 55$
30 minute lessons are 40$
If I cancel for any reason, you don’t have to pay. Payment will be carried over to the next month unless otherwise discussed.
If the weather does not permit safe driving (ie. snow and ice) then you do not have to pay, and payment will be carried over to the next month.
If you cancel for any reason ie. cold, sick, just can’t make it, or too hot or cold for your child, then the lesson will still be considered paid for, or need to be rescheduled.
Rescheduling is often difficult, as it depends on other people’s cancellations.
If you want to shorten a lesson, maybe you usually ride for an hour, but you only want to ride for half an hour because of the cold or heat. Yes, that is fine, BUT you still are required to pay for the original time allotted.
